Of course, the next step will be when people figure a way to actually 'DJ' their broadcasts. speaking over the radio to the all the cars in that '4 car radius'.
Or would that be too personally identifyable?

Neat idea, but until the broadcast range is decent (or it's transmitted via a network)...
Can you imagine having to decide between hearing the rest of your favorite song and taking the right exit?!
Or how about the traffic races as you chase your radio host through changing red lights and traffic!
