Update: Wow! This is insane! Giant Robot is selling this shirt design and giving $1 per shirt sold to EFF! Color me stoked!

I am unbelievably flattered that a reader who wishes to remain anonymous made this "Che Doctorow" tee. Wow. He says, "I figure you're nobody until someone makes a Che shirt out of your face."

   If anyone could rival Gawker Media as the blog world's Kennedies, it's the Boingers. Xeni Jardin on infrared film (the process explained). Cory Doctorow reprises an old pose for Caterina Fake. Cory is now a Che-style headshot t-shirt....

   I came a little late to the party, but it so happens I finished reading the first nine parts of Themepunks on Saturday and then read the final one on Monday. I couldn't find an easy way to comment on Salon, so I'll say it here. I am so into this novel(la) that it's like losing the paperback novel you're reading right in the middle of vacation. I sure hope Salon picks it up for the next installment. If not, is there any way you can provide it for pay on this website?

   It wasn't Cory - it was me. I told Cory about the shirt with my standard "no attrib" request because I just generally don't like being too public, but it wasn't really a big deal. I submitted the pic to GiantRobotPrinting.com and they cleaned up the graphic a bit and decided to print some up for people who want 'em...and they're donating $1/shirt to the EFF.

   PS neither Cory nor I are making money off this. I just thought it was a funny idea, and so did Ken from Giant Robot.

   I was surprised to see they're only $8, which I think is a really good deal.

   The real Cory is about ten thousand times cuter- I'm disappointed in the source image.

   And if you really want to appeal to your fanbase, swap out the beret for *Mouse Ears*...
