    Sample PDFs generated with this latex file are:

    8.5x11 version, single column

    4x3 "card" version

    This version seems to have the first line of every paragraph starting with a quote commented out and missing paragraph breaks, making some parts of the book confusing. The "offical" pdf version ommits these beginning quotation marks and makes the first letter of the quote into a drop capital.
