Content is my first nonfiction collection, collecting over a dozen essays, speeches, and white-papers on subjects ranging from copyright to science fiction writing to DRM, Wikipedia to Facebook and Metadata. It sports an introduction by one of my all-time heroes: John Perry Barlow. It was published in September, 2008 by Tachyon Books.

Cool! I’ll buy it as soon as there’s a Kindle version (I used the link on the Amazon page to say “I want to read this on Kindle”).

Do you plan to make a CC download of this one available?

Awesome… just going to wait till someone uploads it to .lrf

Or maybe download to tools for converting it myself… maybe…

The original PDF looks good in the iLiad: Just zoom in to a normal page/text, quite readable. The Mobi version works too.

The PDB/eReader version, however, crashes the iLiad’s reader.

    Thanks!

I’m about 2/3 through Content and I’m loving it. Lucky me for browsing through random aisles in B&N with my friend. Got me a great read for the holiday season. Great articles in there Cory. Hope to see more stuff from you soon…. and I’ll probably pick up Little Brother soon too in real paper form. Checking out the PDF of it now… but I love me some paper, glue and ink.

Thank you so much for your deep insights and your broad view! You really deliver a fantastic view on digital rights management, the copyright in general and all the parallels of our past.
