    You're overlooking some problems with TPM. A high-school student can replace a monitor and an audio board with ones that capture video and sound and then reassemble them into a file that is independent of any security. TPM just increases the challenge, that is, attracts more people interested in breaking it. The only thing TPM does is increase the jobs (and costs) needed to implement it.
