   i really feel the comment about net privilege being more than 'privilege.' It's something I personally would advocate more toward. If you take a group of people, say the mentally disabled, who have to be warehoused, as the term is sometimes used, net usage has a higher cost but extremely much higher benefit than television.
   Atm, televion is deriguer. But internet is not.
   And it still would allow some inclusion of the persons in the community.
   Also, C., watch out for the shiny on the glasses. Pbth. I swear I could see the exterior windows of guttstchart or wherever.
